Mr. Wozniak brings an aggressive, creative and compassionate approach to practicing law.  Before founding his own firm, Mr. Wozniak worked under notable lawyers, Stuart Hanlon, Robert Waggener, and Dennis Cunningham.  The Law Offices of Jeff Wozniak was founded in 2010 in San Francisco, California.  Mr. Wozniak is an annual Super Lawyer.  Mr. Wozniak represents clients in felony and misdemeanor defense matters throughout the Bay Area in both State and Federal court.  He also has extensive experience in Post Conviction Relief (PCR) matters related to immigration.  

 

He is an active member of the National Lawyer's Guild,  has a strong belief in the importance of pro-bono work, and dedicates a substantial portion of his practice to representing persons arrested while exercising their First Amendment rights.  

 

Mr. Wozniak has been a criminal defense attorney his entire career, and firmly believes in fighting the system on behalf of his clients. He lives in San Francisco, where he was born, with his wife and daughter.  Mr. Wozniak graduated from Seattle University and Wayne State University Law School.  At Wayne State he was the recipient of the Barrister and Goodman Scholarships, awarded for academic achievement and dedication to civil rights.

POST CONVICTION RELIEF:

  • Mr. Wozniak has extensive experience throughout California in post conviction relief matters related to immigration.  He works hard to ensure that criminal convictions do not impact your immigration status or future applications for immigration relief.

  • Mr. Wozniak works closely with immigration counsel in his post conviction work.  He has experience with CA PC §1473.7, PC §1203.4, PC §1016.5 and other related motions.  Se habla Español.
